Non-customized items may be processed faster.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

International orders may take 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

4. Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, AshvaCrafts is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen events such as weather disruptions or public holidays.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Because all our products are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
2. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong product or customization, we sincerely apologize. Please notify us within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, we begin the customization process and cannot cancel or refund the order.
